President: Eliza Conley-Lepene, passionate about travel, spa, and hospitality. Eliza holds Bachelors Degree in Justice, Minored in Advocacy and Psychology. She is working towards a life long dream of becoming a pilot. Eliza is a mom of two, an entrepreneur and founder of a nonprofit.

Her passion is aligned with the core values of all Women in Aviation. Eliza aspires to reach out, empower more women into aviation, and assist the mission to decrease the gender gap in the field, through education and fundraising efforts that contribute to scholarship.
